Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. OSM 6.3.1 is not supported not certified on Oracle Database 11g as OSM 7x is available on 11gPlease refer to the KM note: 1470979.1
