exchange scenario error

Hello all

I am having couple of issues in exchange scenario. I have done the below steps

Created RO with repair type exchange

in Logistics tab return and ship line gets auto populated

once i compelte the receiving the instance is gettting expired . The ideal status should be ' Repair exchange'

and in ship line source serial number lov is empty. I dont see any values here in case if i want to ship another serial number as exchange

Please provide inputs
