No Navigation to Java applets after changing Language

Hi AllI have applied Arabic Translation Synchronization patch.
All Navigation is available if I login through English.
But

I cannot see any link to any Java applet after I log in as system administrator.
I can see HTML Pages Navigation but no link to java applets.
(For new Language "Arabic")
