Not able to update request date at line level

 Hi,I am not able to update request date at line level using form personalization once order is created in entered status/booked status.It thrown error as 

You are not able to update request date since PO for the corresponding SO Line is not created and/or SO is in Supply Eligible Status.

Can you please help me to resolve this issue.
