What is the diferent betewen Motherboards

Hi Gurus,Could you please help me?

I have a question for you, I need to know what  is the different 541-0478 Motherboard Cage (TMOBO/MBU_B) and 541-4360 Motherboard Cage (MOBO2/MBU_B_2) ? One part number has MOBO/MBU_B_2 and another TMOBO/MBU_B, I don´t know the why they are different.
