Error on onestep Siebel 8.1.1.9 installation ( Full image)

Hello

I'm trying to install Siebel 8.1.1.9 Fix pack with a onestep installation on a new server.

It means I do the install from a Full Image generated by Siebel Image Creator (8.1.1.9 snic.sh version).

I downloaded all the 8.1.1.0 and 8.1.1.9 jar included the language pack (enu and french)

during the 8.1.1.0 installation I have an issue .

after the "Select product to be installed " screen (gateway server Siebel Server etc...)

I have an error in a java windows:"No languages are available in the build"

Could someone help me on this issue.

I have open an SR with no response for the moment
