My FNDLOAD question:

What is the FNDLOAD commands to download and upload a request group?  I've created a new operating unit with new responsibilities.  I need to modify the request group of an existing responsibility and upload and assign it to the new responsibility.  Can anyone in the community assist with this issue.  Thank you.
