Can We cancel the package deployment on Fat client after deploying from the DEP Server?

Hi,Can We cancel the package deployment on Fat client after deploying from the DEP Server?
Means I have deployed the package from deployment server to Fat client, when i will login to Fat client it will ask to install the package but i dont want to install it.
