Field In Excel output is not completely visible

Hi,
We have a report where in the field is not completely visible when it is printed in excel format.
When the same is printed in PDF the text in that field is completely visible.

In excel output when we click/select that field the text in that field is completely visible, But without seleting that filed the text in that field is partially visible.

Is there a solution for this to view the text in the field completely without selecting/clicking the field.
