 Hi All,

MLI40 Asset ID 000000000291 was transferred to NER40 and was assigned Asset ID NER40 000000001213. The asset was acquired in December 2010 and has a depreciation life of five years.

For MLI40, the correct cost of 59,402 USD got removed from account 18160 and the correct accumulated depreciation of 21,780.70 got removed from 18660.

The problem is with the accounting on the recipient business unit.

For NER40 the accumulated depreciation gets doubled up, once as a TRF transaction type and once as a PDP.

We get corresponding entries in the General Ledger as well in account 18660.

 For eg

Year        Period     Trans Type    Decepriciation  amount

2012        10           TRF                 21780.70

Howdy, Stranger!
