Allocate partial amounts through Mass Allocation formula

 Hello,

I have a requirement to allocate 70% of the total costs in a department to 4 other internal entities. I have tried designing a Mass Allocation formula, but it is not working.

AFF Structure is:

Company 4

Account 6

Department 4

Product Line 4

Market Segment 3

Intercompany 4

Future 3

Line A: 4450.ALLEXP.7010.ALL.ALL.ALL.000 The bold values are parent values that roll up all children segments. I chose Summing for those segments because I want all account combinations to be included in the total.

Line C: 1.0

Target:4450.850052.PLIC.ALL.ALL.PLIC.000 The PLIC parent account in the department segment (in red) is the roll-up of all departments who should get charged with the allocation. The PLIC parent account in the Intercompany segment (in green) is the roll-up of the company values of the internal entities who should get the cross-charge. I chose Looping for those segments because I want each account combination to get a share of the allocated costs.
