Weblink to Narrative Report

I have created a narrative report that will be based off of Opportunity information. The narrative report is access through a weblink on the Opportunity record. What I am trying to do is have the narrative report only pull the information from that specific Opportunity that I am clicking the weblink from.

I have poured over the reporting book trying to find out why it isn't working. When I click the weblink it either pulls ALL opportunities into it, or it pulls up a blank page. This is my URL:
