Encryption wallet wont close after dpimport from 10g to 11g

I imported a dpexport from my 10g prod to 11g test env. Prod had 2 encrypted columns, I copied the 2 wallet files to both nodes on my RAC db to the location I pointed my sqlnet.ora file to on the test env. and ran the import with the prod password. This worked fine with no errors and imported the db into my test db....
I then decrypted the 2 columns so nothing was encrypted in the db so I could test the wallet because I copied this from 10g to 11g.  For whatever the reason, the wallet always says its open???  Is there something wrong with the wallet??  Can I delete the wallet at this point by removing the entry in my sqlnet.ora, bouncing the db and removing the wallet files?

Howdy, Stranger!
