How to create a Counter for EAM in Installed Base

Hi,

How can I create a counter (meter) that can be used in EAM (Preventive Maintenance) from Installed Base module?

Whenever I try to define a new counter and the UOM = Hours (Time) the Regular Counter section dissapears (here is where you can define if the counter is Absolute/Change, Used In Scheduling, Iniitial Reading value, Default Usage Rate and the Number of Past Readings) and a new Time Based Counter section appears (here I don't see any of the attributes needed for an EAM Meter like Absolute/Change, Used In Scheduling, Iniitial Reading value, Default Usage Rate and the Number of Past Readings).
