WIP Move transaction

 Hi Experts,

       We are using 12.1.3,details of wat we are using

1.We only use Opeartional Pull

2.Negaive Qty Not allowing

 Now my problem is,

     Once Discrete Job released i can straight away can do move transation but in real scenorio is store person has to issue the material.

And checked in Material transaction one function is there called Sub-Inve Transafer.I dont know how to restrict before store person issue move trnsaction should't happen

Pls suggest me(i also cheked the "Auto Request Material" Check box)
