Oracle Purchasing- Inquire --> View Document --> PDF

Dears,

When I navigate through : Oracle Purchasing- Inquire --> View Document --> PDF

I can't find the Purchase Order Document. Instead, I found error page.

Also, from Notification --> View PDF. It shows nothing except one sentence of the header "Purchase Order"
