While creating View Object in OAF it is not taking SQL Queries and throws error

 Hi,
I have just installed 10.1.3.3.0.3.

While creating View Object in OAF it is not taking SQL Queries and throws error 

SQl Query Error Message: oall8 is in an inconsistent state
and / or
SQl Query Error Message: Protocol Violation.

What could be the problem?

My EBS version is 12.0.4, so accordingly i have installed "Patch 6908968 10G JDEVELOPER WITH OA EXTENSION
ARU FOR R12 RUP4"
