Resource Sequence in Charge time page

Hi,
In the charge time page (resource transaction) firstly the values aren't getting defaulted. Secondly, when the Resource Sequence is torched, it shows all the resource numbers in the sequence for that operation. There is no way (as I understand) to see which resource sequence number the end user has to select.
Kindly advice how to identify this.
