Updating Segment Values Using Oracle API

Hi,
Initially some segment values were uploaded using standard Oracle API with flag "Allow Budgeting" and "Allow Posting" as "N".

Now, we need to enable "Allow Budgeting" and "Allow Posting" for all segment values.

Tried updating using standard oracle API, but "Allow Budgeting" and "Allow Posting" flag was not updated.

Can anyone share some knowledge for update the "Allow Budgeting" and "Allow Posting" flag to "Y".
