Defaulting Sales Person Based on Inventory Organizations (Show Rooms defined as Inventory Orgs.)

Hi all,

we have defined the Showrooms as Inventory Organizations. 

Client requirement is, Sales person belonging to the particular Show Room (Inventory Org.) should be populated in the Sale order's Sales person LOV.

As the Sales person are Operating unit specific, any suggestions / Workaround to restrict the sales person based on Inventory Organisation.

I have plans to personalize in Sale order window for restricting the sales person based on the Inventory Organisation Location & employee's Location defined in HRMS... is there any better ideas
