Oracle RAC upgrade from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3

Hi All,

we are running two nodes RAC 10.2.0.4. and we are planning to upgrade it to 11.2.0.3 on RHEL 5.5.  we wan this upgrade with minimum downtime. and to achive this , rolling upgrade whould be the best.

well i go throwgh with metalink notes and from from that notes i found Oracle Clusterware (CRS or GI) Rolling Upgrades [ID 338706.1].

in above document, i found some steps for only upgrading to 11.2.0.3 GI. but this document did not give next importent step that how to upgrade RDBMS software and most important thing how to upgrade your database.

can any one help me how i can achive to upgrade my whole setup from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3 with rolling upgrade method.
