data load rate for ODA V1 and X3-2

is there a benchmark available on the maximum data load rate which the ODA V1 and ODA X3-2 can sustain.I read that X3-2 is using SLC flash for redo instead of MLC in previous ODA. This should give higher redo write rate- but what is the max capability if a customer wants to do data loads -
(the sizing guideline says 30MB/s or something, but i dont think that is the maximum )
