Subledger Accounting Program Report Errors

Hello,

This is on r12.1.3

We just went live with r12.1.3 from 11.510.2 upgrade.   And the subledger accounting program report throws following errors for some 3 payments.  Errors are mentioned below.  We dont know what exactly this error is and why these are being thrown.  Please advise.

Error 1:

Message Number: 95937

There are either non accountable events existing in the system, or events which could not be processed because no data could be found on transaction objects.  Please enable the profile option: Enable SLA Diagnostics, create accounting again and run the transaction objects Diagnostics to identify the problem.

we enabled the profile option and followed steps outlined above but did not offer any clue.
