IPV Hold and Release

Hi,

We have a requirement wherein we have IPV holds approval hierarchy for release and the user should not be able to release the hold manually.

When we un-check the "Release Manual" check box, system does not initiate WF (i.e., WF status on Holds tab is null and no notification is sent to respective approvers).

When we check the "Release Manual" check box, system initiate WF (i.e., WF status on Holds tab is "Initiated" and notification is sent to respective approvers).

We want a mix of above 2 i.e., User must not be able to release the hold Manually and initiation of Approval Workflow.
