Migrating 9.2.0.7 64bit database to 11gR2 (11.2.0.2)

Hi All,

we are running a database 9.2.0.7 64bit on SunOS ssidb 5.9 Generic_117171-02 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-4 , we want to migrate that database to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.2 (Tikanga) x86_64 on 11.2.0.2.

i shall be very very thankfull to all of you, pl tell me the best way to migrate that database to 11gR2. what may be the best possibilities .
