AUCTION_CLOSED status of sourcing RFQ

Dear experts,

I have an issue that's bugging me, maybe somebody has figured it out:

In pon_auction_headers_all.auction_status field one of the values possible is AUCTION_CLOSED. Now I always assumed that this column is a link to fnd_lookup_values table, not giving it a second thought.

But in my current project we are doing some BI reports regarding RFQs and Quotations and my BI colleague alerted me that there is no such value in fnd_lookup_values.

Does anybody know if this column is a link to some other table and which one it is?
