Unable to view Receipt

Hi,

I have created Receipt against to PO but i am not able to view same receipt under Receving Transactions form and also not able to view under Transaction status summary form. But i am able to viiew under Receiving transaction summary form. I checking under single organization only.

Please let us know what could be the reason.
