Requisition interface error

HI,

I am trying to raise a requisition for an item, but the requisiton getting error in the interface with the errors in below columns :

SOURCE_ORGANIZATION_ID,ITEM_ID,DELIVER_TO_LOCATION_ID,UNIT_PRICE

i checked that the item list price is greater than Zero(0), the order related flag also been checked and the default location is also set up for the inventoty organization. Still can't create a requisition for the item,
