SLM :Final Notification After Approval

Hi

For Supplier onboarding process,for initial prospect approval,

we have 4 levels of approvers before a prospect becomes an Active Supplier.

Initiator,
2nd level approver
3rd level Approver
Final Approver.

Once final Approver approves the record,an email notification goes to the Supplier contact.

Question

we wanted to know whether its possible to send Notifications in addition to the email notification which goes to the Supplier contact.

1.To a distribution list?
or
2.Notification to the Initiator of the Supplier approval process.

Is there any Business event to trigger this?
