Freight Charges

Following another post on communities with very useful notes on Freight charge setups, I completed the formula and Modifier setups as required and I applied a Freight cost at shipping but It's not converting back to OM and applying to the order as I would expect.

Oracle version: 12.1.2

I've updated some profiles also to reflect different values to what they were originally....

OM: Charging Privilege now set to 'full access'

OM: Charges for included item now set to 'Yes'

Any suggestions as to what may be wrong as all my setups look good. Freight cost applied at shipping looks good but is simply not applying back to the order. Do I need to run an interface?
