Case Insensitive Search Personalization

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi!

 I have done a case insensitive search personalization   on Purchase Order Summary "description" field.   Though the personalization done successfully the search on field is still case sensitive. 
Please share or provide your inputs.
