Contract PO Deliverable Hold

As of R12 1.3     buyer can create   deliverables  with Payment hold.

Has anyone tried this functionality?

I created a new Document  style>  checked Deliverable hold control

Created a new contract with the new document style.

added contract template.

Created new Deliverable with  delivrable Payment hold

Buyer workcenter> manage deliverable>   displays  alert deliverable over due

Created new Invoice> matched to PO> validated>

No  PO Deliverable hold populated?    im missing something?  need help.  Thanks Charan
