Argentina Localization patch #5090265

Problem Description---------------------------------------------------
We need to apply the Argentina Localization patch #5090265 and the readme, step 3, said that the Patch must be applied over patch 3672422. This patch 3672422 is not applied in our system. We have to applied before first the patch #5090265 ????
