patch 5622183 APXVDMVD.fmb errors
Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------

we tried to apply the patch 5622183(as a prereq of 14098706). while patch application, we got an error about compiling a form which is
APXVDMVD.fmb. We continued to apply the patch as if it was successfu. It gave the same error for
turkish translation of that patch. Then tried to compile the form manually with ifcmp60.exe. It gave the errors again.

Compilation error on package body VENDOR_TABLE_HANDLER1:
PL/SQL ERROR 306 at line 9, column 3
wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'INSERT_ROW'
