SmartLists can't be found

Hello Gurus,

I am using Planning 11.1.2.1.  I had to delete my application and recreate it.  I backed everything up. Once it was created, I used LCM to import all forms, rules, etc... into my application. When I go into the variables for my application, I create a new variable, set the datatype to Numeric, and try to set a SmartList to it.  My list of SmartLists is blank.  I go into my rules and try to include SmartList values but it is blank.  All of my old variables are there, but they are not associated to smartlists.  Any help would be
