Setup PCP on eBusiness Suite R12 Non-RAC environment

We need to setup PCP in our Production environment. Environment architecture is as follows -
Mulitple node - NON-RAC environment
Node1 - Database
Node2 - Application services
Node3 - Application services

eBusiness Suite version - R12.1.3
Database version - 11.2.0.3

We took following notes as a guide to setup PCP so that concurrent manager runs from Node2 and Node3 -
