Personalization not working

Hi!
 I have done "Case Insensitive Search" personalization on "Purchase Order Summary" Form "Description" field. The personalization is completed and showing the "TRUE" value for the "Description" field for "Case Insensitive Search" property
but the search is still case sensitive. Any inputs on what could be wrong?
