Accounts Payable As Of used to reconcile AP Trade Account

Hello,

I have a question regarding best practice on reconcile the AP As Of table F0411A against Account balance for AP trade Account.    There is a difference between the two but we are not sure the best approach to supply our auditors.

I have read information on the Oracle site that states that GL does not have an as of table and you should run the integrity GLOffset to account balance to prove no integrity exist.
