SARM crashed with SSP_updt_csdl_srq_audit returning -100

ASAP 7.2 running on Solaris. After initial installation of ASAP, when a work order is sent,  SARM crashes. Initial investigation shows that a stored procedure returns -100 which is causing SARM to crash: 
SSP_updt_csdl_srq_audit Failed for SRQ [1] from WO 'A00000001-POTS-1'
