Viewing job history via Enterprise manager

I am new to Oracle and I am comfortable using SQL Server Enterprise manager to view job history to see why particular job failed. Can someone point me in the right direction, give me a link toa  document or tutorial on how to do that with Oracle Grid Enterprise manager?
