OCA accessing issue

While accessing to the OCA application in a production environment from a web client we get the following error:
"org.xml.sax.SAXParserException: The root element is required in a well-formed document.".

This is a new ASAP installation.

Only activity is the administrator (weblogic user) password change after the installation.
