printing Greek character in BI Publisher

hi,

have created a BI Publisher template that contains the Greek  "Ω" Omega symbol.   It displays as it should when previewed in Word using BI Pub 10 g client; but, dispalys "?" when run from the AS/400.  I added the Omega symbol by using Word's Insert Symbol option.  Is this causing the problem?  Should I be changing the AS/400 server xdo.cfg to include an entry for Windows CP-1253 or  ISO-8859-7 character sets (which contain this symbol)? - if so, what is the name of the TTF file that exists on the AS/400?
