Serial Number LOV displaying in the Repair Order Details

Hi ,

     Can anyone  help me in the below requirement.

 

When we open serial number LOV in the Repair Order details tab. we can see only  Serial number specific to customer (that is instance owner will be customer'Chevron,). but still , we can enter the On hand quantity Serial number (that is instance owner will be 'GE' ). We want have On hand quantity Serial number (that is instance owner will be 'GE' ). in the LOV. Is this can be possible. If this can be possible. Will it impact data integartion issue.Please help us.
