R12 Email Report Output not working

Hi

I have run a concurrent request and tried to email the output but failed, I didn't get any email at all.  The view log is showing the error below.  Is there a step that I need to do inorder to make the email output to work, I would have thought this is a standard function in R12.

Error message:
Beginning post-processing of request 4013205 on node VUXXXXXXXXXXXX5 at 12-MAR-2013 15:34:25.
Post-processing of request 4013205 failed at 12-MAR-2013 15:34:25 with the error message:
One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.
