Hi All,
Encountered error in apply PATCH 13772995 in production.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:
           FAILED: file ibergn.jlt   on worker  1.

adjava -ms128m -mx256m -nojit oracle.apps.ak.akload &un_apps &pw_apps &jdbc_protocol &jdbc_db_addr UPLOAD &
fullpath_ibe_patch/115/import/US_ibergn.jlt NCUPDATE &env=NLS_LANG
