Scheduling ends with error The item or components of the Items are not collected

Dear Experts,

I am facing the above error in sceduling. The line item status for the order is in booked status. The scedule shipping date is blank. I had imported the order from purchasing by creating an internal requisiton. This happens only for some items. I had checked the setups for the items also. The internal orders enabled/Internal Orderered are checked. The ATP rules are set to none since I am not using ATP. I have also   executed the ATP Collect Data request and it had completed successfully. Still the sceduling ends in error.

Please help.
