Issue about date range for a program

 Hi All,

I have a situation in our business,

End User ran a program with Period parameter for February and the period range is (27-JAN-2013 to 23-FEB-2013) and the program is extracting correct dates.
Same program ran by offshore with Period Parameter for February and the dates are extracting wrongly. (26-JAN-2013 to 22-FEB-2013). I have checked the code and the dates for February are (27-JAN-2013 to 23-FEB-2013).

Please let me know is there any differences because of the responsibility.
