Need a Concurrent Program which can add 500 dummy users automatically

Hi Team,
We are looking for a concurrent manager which can load automatically 500 dummy users.

Actually we are planning to do load test, for that we need some dummy users.

Please help me to find the right way so that we can add those dummy users automatically,
