Duplicate Notification - GL Manual Journal Approval Workflow

Dear All,

We are using workflow to approve the manual JV.

We have one issue that , one JV batch which we created and approved and posted in GL still available in the worklist as notification on the user. Why this is happend and how can we remove this notification from the user work list?

We are in EB R11.
