Oracle Instance Terminates with O/S-Error: (OS 1453) Insufficient quota to complete the requested se

Hello All,

I am getting  this error in one of my database server and oracle gets terminated , what are the reasons behind this errors and how can we resolve it can anybody explain me.

ORA-00202: control file: 'D:\APP\ADMINISTRATOR\ORADATA\ORCL\CONTROL01.CTL'
ORA-27070: async read/write failed
OSD-04006: ReadFile() failure, unable to read from file
O/S-Error: (OS 1453) Insufficient quota to complete the requested service.
